Introducing the campaign “Journey of Southern Flavors — หรอยได้เหลย เปิดตำรับอาหารปักษ์ใต้”, bringing a true Southern kitchen to the heart of Bangkok. Experience specially selected local ingredients from Phang Nga province — from freshly hand-pounded Southern curry paste rich with herbal aromas, to the uniquely fragrant Phang Nga shrimp paste, the intensely flavorful Khamin Thap Pud turmeric (the most aromatic and robust turmeric in the South), and premium soft-shell crab from Sam Chong Nuea district, famed for its freshness, firm texture, and naturally sweet taste.

Savoey presents a variety of bold, flavor-packed Southern dishes that many have been longing for — from Yellow Curry with Sea Bass and Coconut Shoot, Moo Hong (Southern-style braised pork), Black Ink Stewed Squid, Spicy Stir-fried Minced Pork with Fresh Herbs (Kua Kling), Stir-fried Shrimp with Shrimp Paste and Sator Beans, Soft-shell Crab Stir-fried with Chili and Salt, Stir-fried Bai Liang with Crispy Pork, Crispy Pork Belly with Fish Sauce, to Crispy Crab Spring Rolls.
